Salary, benefits, parking, some colleagues.
This company harassed me to make me quit. This included constant micromanagement, unfair criticism, and a hostile work environment. Despite my bringing this up with RRHH, nothing was done. It’s a toxic place to work, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Leadership has the main responsibility on this.
