Company values are to be genuine, innovative, and involved. There are a lot of trainings and abundant time-off, especially after you have stayed for a long time.
The domain knowledge is too specific to creative areas. Managers are too far removed from technical hands-on work. The CEO is Indian, so you know... the politics are a little too much.
