NO Pros only Cons:
Biggest office politics in the entire Adobe Stock Paris Office. Working here is psychological torture. Don't join Adobe Stock Paris.
I have been working in the Adobe Stock Paris office for over two years, and it is the worst company I have ever worked for.
People constantly swear and are abusive. Nothing I did was ever good enough. People seemed to be leaving the company (a long history since Adobe acquired Fotolia).
There is a complete lack of communication and high office politics, supported by the regional head and his few favorite members. This company caused me major stress, which spilled into my personal life.
The local leader is not trusted or empowered to run the business and instead is micromanaging and bullying. Neither follows Adobe culture nor Adobe corporate values.
Care for employees genuinely.
Be a human first and a leader next.
Deceptive, unethical, poorly managed, no sense of direction.

I had a total of 7 interviews. Each session was focused on technical subjects or people management. The people management interviews had all the questions you will find on Google: "people management questions".
