Good work-life balance and work culture.
Some teams are bad and slow.
The interview process consisted of three on-site rounds: * One easy LeetCode problem * One React-focused challenge * One frontend system design question The interviewers were extremely nice. I was slow on the LeetCode round because I was nervous, b
The process was simple and well-organized by the recruiter. Engineers, peer EMs, and the Hiring Manager were nice too. The executive/Director was smug and condescending. This executive was mocking my experience with regards to system scale.
Beware of the hiring biases being exhibited by some young, foreign-born interviewers. I had a first-round coding interview. The interviewer picked a difficult LeetCode problem. I still coded the problem completely online, as I had practiced it before
