Adobe, as a company, has a very solid policy, and compensation is very transparent.
From a taxation perspective, it does not have so great policies.
There are so frequent changes inside the company, so by the time you see some outcome, the management might have decided to change the way.
But I would say that's good; the company does wait to fail completely.
