Very relaxed work and reasonable expectations. Very nice people, everyone is super family- and life-balance oriented.
- A bit underpaid compared to FB, Google, etc.
- Very limited growth opportunity after level 50
Make teams more goal-based, and less feature-based. Leadership can be disconnected – listen to the engineers and designers more.
