Earlier work culture was good, but from the last few years, there has been huge micromanagement by mid-level managers, which is making life a bit difficult. The company's work-life balance is totally in the hands of your manager, which is not good. Adobe needs to pay attention here. Adobe has a 360-degree review policy, but managers have full control to manipulate the results of the survey.
