Adobe has great benefits and can offer a good salary.
Diversity is a single-sided coin at Adobe. If the viewpoint is conservative, it is batted down; if liberal, it is seen as positive.
Advancements have to be hard-fought, both for position and salary, as opposed to objective valuation and transparent compensation.
Truly foster ALL diversity, not just liberal.
Have clearer conversations about advancement (individual contributor & leadership) across position qualification and compensation.

There was one HR-like team round before the loop. The three rounds in the loop were: 1. Technical LeetCode 2. Behavioral 3. System Design LeetCode was hard, and System Design was very low-level, with back-to-back questions.
The process started with an Online Assessment (OA), followed by a final round interview. The OA was generally easy. The team likely had too many applicants overall. There was an optional kickstarter Zoom meeting.
