Process
I didn’t get a good first impression for the interview. First, I was ghosted by the recruiter, and I wanted to give it a chance, so I considered a reschedule. Then the rescheduled interview came, and I spoke with someone who was not interested in what I was saying. I knew right then that I had wasted my time and will not be pursuing the application. The interview process and the role weren’t even briefed during that conversation. I’m now thinking that I was just called in for the sake of it, even if they had already hired someone.
