Pros: The company really cares about its employees. They offer remote work, stocks provided not after a year but from the start of employment, company holidays once every month for remote work, and stipends for remote work. It seems too good to be true.
Cons: My experience was not well aligned with company needs.

Cons: A little bit of re-orging often, but that's corporate life, all good.

Pros: Take great care of employees. Amazing benefits including monthly stipends for technology, food, and lifestyle – about $700 monthly. Company stocks. Monthly work remotely. Company pays 100% health premiums for the full family. Additional company holidays almost every month. Great people.
Cons: The company had to reduce its workforce in Feb 2023.
