I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
Summary: Dodged a Bullet. If this is how they court potential candidates I don't want to work there.
After receiving an initial email, I set up a time for a call via Calendly. The time for the call came and went without hearing from them. I emailed them and received no response. So I opened the Calendly link and picked another time, this time being sure to include my cell phone number.
This time they called at the scheduled time and I had a brief chat mostly covering the team and how they are growing. After that I received a few emails to set up a time for a technical call. I selected some open times. I then received a problem statement and was told to be prepared to present during the call.
On the morning of the call, I had something come up and needed to reschedule. I emailed the only contact email I had. Again I never received a response. I tried to join the call anyway just to discuss rescheduling. I waited for 7 minutes and no one joined. I assumed I would hear via email about a new time.
They are growing fast and will likely get a lot of new people to fill roles and then flail a lot with inexperienced managers and unfeasible deadlines. Been there done that, and it's not for me.
