Two interviews on the same day with a 15-minute interval.
First: Coding skills session – actually dumb math questions.
Second: Software architecture session – the interviewer expected that I would agree with his (strange) opinion about distributed programming.
Three weeks after the interview, no feedback.

Onboarding is very difficult.
The language stack (most in Scala, some DotNet) is not popular.

Cons: One developer does everything (client-side HTML/CSS/JS & server-side .NET MVC/Web API, etc.), so the quality is not good.
Hire backend people for a frontend team.

Pros: The overall environment and culture are good, and the leadership seems strong. The benefits are also good and help with relocation, from onboarding to the visa team.
There are also many opportunities to learn.
Cons: Sometimes there are some hacky solutions implemented, and it might feel like a startup.
It might take some time for a new joiner to learn about in-house tools and systems.
