Software Engineer New Grad Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

August 1, 2016
Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process was clear from the beginning:

  • One phone screen
  • Two Skype interviews
  • On-site

The questions were standard, but I definitely had the same concerns as others. It was difficult to understand my interviewer at times.

For the interviews, practice medium-hard LeetCode questions, and you should be fine. I didn't make it to the on-site round, which I found surprising. I had made it to on-sites of a few other tech companies in the Bay Area, so I thought I'd have a good chance at Airbnb.

It was my top choice, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job!
