Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience
Process
I applied online and received an invitation for a coding challenge within two weeks.
After passing the coding challenge, I was invited to two back-to-back video technical interviews, each lasting 45 minutes.
During the interviews, I coded on an IDE that the interviewers could see and edit in real time, with a video chat running alongside.
Overall, the experience with the recruiter was great. However, the first interviewer logged on a few minutes late and spent some time discussing his experience at Airbnb, which he counted towards my allotted time to answer the question, despite me not having heard the question yet.
