Pros: Open culture, and colleagues who are smart and easy to work with.

Cons: It would be good if we can have a more resting area.

Pros: - Generally, people are friendly and welcoming. - Team members are collaborative. - Decisions are made in a bottom-up fashion, and everyone has a chance to raise their opinion during technical and product brainstorming.

Cons: - Process and development lifecycle are not very well structured, and gaps are often caught late during the development process. - The decision making process is relatively slow, which is a drawback of the bottom-up approach.

Pros: I don't know about now, but the engineering team culture was great back then. They've got really approachable lead and senior devs (who I believe are still there at the time of writing), whiteboard collabs, knowledge sharing sessions, and table tennis competitions (where I had to team up with the best to win a game). And not to mention, the best team outing in QLD 🎉 Also, I've had the privilege of not working directly with the higher-ups, as I heard that it can be quite stressful.

Cons: No clear career path and goals. * Can't think of anything else as I'm just talking about the year 2018-2019.
