I applied through another source. The process took 3 weeks.
Long interview task (4-6 hours) and then spent 10 minutes in the final round where there was a 7-minute discussion (that made it clear they hadn't read it at all). Literally, the feedback was 2 variables they'd like to have different names, plus about 40 minutes of system design questions.
The warnings in the reviews of technical leadership leaving are accurate.
