Pros: You work with a variety of talented people that are always ready to help and support you. There is so much wealth of information that you can cater your career to the path you want to excel. All the trainings are free and unlimited. Great health benefits. Managers and peers are very supportive.
Cons: It is a fast-paced, growing environment, so at times you may feel overwhelmed with information. However, if you keep your focus on what you want to achieve, then you will be good.
