Great place to learn with lots of intelligent people. The scale is insane, and the care and effort put in favor of customers are amazing. I also like the culture of writing.
The effort and care for customers translate into bureaucracy. You get to understand it when you realize the scale of the business, but it can be boring and act against innovation.
Spain needs more challenging projects. There are smart engineers willing to do something meaningful for our customers.
