- Being a very fast-paced environment, people don't have time to clean up the mess created to make things happen in a short time. Management needs to have a balance between making things work versus making them clean.
Amazon is a fast-paced environment. We need to encourage employees to pause and clean up the mess or hacks created to make things happen in a short duration, which is not happening currently.
