Some really challenging work with a really good salary. They pay more than the market.
Chaps working around are really tech-sound and usually helpful, but that may vary from team to team.
Technically, you are hired to work 24 hours. No one will like to work like that for any incentive. Their on-call duty makes you feel like a machine that is dead inside.
Be a bit employee-obsessed, just like what you feel for customers.
