Pros

Good salaries. The salaries are the highest in the market.

Cons

There were different cases, involving myself and others, where I saw that managers blamed others (other managers or their direct reports) for their faults. The need to always add someone below the bar on performance evaluations makes people cover their backs more than taking risks and learning from mistakes.

Advice to Management

Managers are not evaluated in terms of people management; the company focuses only on the product.

Performance evaluations must always be performed with different stakeholders to remove bias.

Although there are trainings for removing bias, and for one-way doors and two-way doors for taking risks, they are never taken into account.
