The CEO lives in an echo chamber and won't listen to reason. Their need to get profits up has pushed all great people out, leaving mostly terrible ones. The good culture that some teams had before the pandemic is now destroyed. All that's left is the same crap you saw in AWS and FinTech, everywhere, all the time.
Go back to making data-based decisions and stop hiding the truth to make yourselves look good.
