I spoke to Rys Sommefeldt on the phone to discuss a position. It sounded relevant and worth taking further.

I emailed him back and tried to get in contact to take it further, but he absolutely ghosted me.

There was no rejection, no removal of the position – nothing!

A few months later, I found out that he had poached one of my colleagues instead, which was completely unprofessional behavior.

This kind of action really puts me off from even applying to the company in the future.

Asked about my background and how it was related to the role.

Whether I was interested in working remotely, etc.
