Great people, so-so work environment
- Nice people. Most are willing to help each other out.
- Exciting industry, with fun events, announcements, and changes.
- Products are still competitive from a technology perspective.
- Austin campus is pretty.
- Layoffs. Some people leaving.
- High-wall cubicles sort of prevent open communication.
- There is a sense that this company will never be what it once was. This creates a bit of apathy among the employees.
Create cooperation among different teams. It would be nice to know that the whole company is heading in the same direction.
Build real excitement for upcoming products. Show off what they can do and why they are better than the competition's offerings.
