Advice to Management

Sometimes the wrong decision is better than no decision. When dealing with conflicting information from different sources, it's important to trust the most knowledgeable one, not the one that's telling you what you want to hear. For example, when marketing is saying we're going to have a part out on date X and engineering is saying we're going to have a part out on date Y, you should believe date Y, no matter how much better date X sounds.
