Had a brief conversation with HR regarding my background and interests. I was then told to create an Android app according to their requirements within a given time frame. I submitted within 5 days.
Second Round: On-site interview (1 hour long) with a small coding test.

Good during COVID times.

Cons: People working aren't that good. Too much work focused, so they usually overwork. This becomes a new norm.

Pros: Competitive salary.
My team works aggressively, hence there’s great scope for learning.
401k match, profit sharing, and tuition assistance are great.
Cons: Things move slower than at other companies since it's a huge company and has too many processes.
Poor insurance policy. The deductible is so high to meet unless you are seriously ill.
Feedback in annual pulse surveys is never taken seriously. There is no action taken against any leader regardless of feedback.
It's almost impossible to get a promotion after a certain level.
