I submitted my resume to a database for a conference I was attending. A recruiter contacted me to gauge my interest.
Before the conference, I was contacted again and asked to schedule an interview. The interview at the conference lasted one hour.
I was interviewed by a software architect and a tech lead. They asked a few behavioral questions, then we moved into a "technical" interview. During this part, I was given code to review and debug. I was also asked a problem-solving/logic question, to write a MySQL query, and a few other questions I can no longer recall. The final portion of the interview focused on my past experience and projects.
*Note: I was finishing my undergrad and interviewing for an entry-level position.
