  • Good employee engagement, however it was way better before 2020.
  • Good leaves, though you require approvals to take them.
Cons
  • The new leadership is not a great listener.
  • Office locations (especially the Gurgaon new office) are almost remote areas.
  • Being a product company, they don't have alternate projects; you'll simply be asked to leave if company finances don't support.
  • There is also minimal help from leaders to find or refer you to a new engagement.
Advice to Management
  • Listen to the needs of employees.
  • Connect and take feedback from all levels.
