I applied through a referral on LinkedIn. HR contacted me, and then I received a rejection email from HR. I felt the interview went well. My impression was that they were looking for someone more experienced.
They asked very specific Spring Boot-oriented questions that were almost trivia-based. The process consisted of a 1st round, 30-minute technical short-answer interview. They asked an algorithm question at the end with 10 minutes remaining.
1. Online coding challenge on Codility, consisting of 2 coding questions. 2. Behavioural interview on HireVue. 4/5 questions, approximately 20 minutes. 3. In-person assessment centre invitation, including group work as well as solo sessions.
