Unmatched work-life balance. American Express takes care of its colleagues and goes above and beyond.
Some of the processes are cumbersome, and the bureaucracy expected in a financial institution. However, they are not as bad as other companies in the same sector.
I would strongly recommend working for American Express for your career and work-life balance.
