Pros

Good salary and high bonus, starting from 12%. Possibility to learn a lot inside.

Cons

Investment on external learning is scarce; it exists only on paper. The company has gone nuts for diversity and inclusion, starting silently to consider candidates and promotions based on race/gender/orientation rather than merit. Executive management has created a strong inequality foundation in the sake of marketing diversity and inclusion outside.

Advice to Management

Diversity and inclusion are great, but they cannot drive the company.

Giving everybody the same opportunity is great, and I love this, but this cannot always result in a precise statistical representation of all categories and their intersections.
