Process
My interview process has four rounds:
- Call with recruiter: A brief chat to discuss the company and position, including basic questions about your career goals.
- Call with team manager: A brief call to discuss the position and the team, with basic questions about your experience and background.
- Video call with team manager: An hour-long call to discuss career goals, personal qualities, and the industry in more depth.
- On-site interview: Three rounds of technical interviews, each one hour long.
