The recruiter was responsive. The first round was a recruiter call that lasted 45 minutes, and it went over my experience on my resume and some "tell about a time" questions. The second round was a technical screen with an engineer, and the LeetCode questions were twisted into a defense problem.

Decent Pay, Terrible Management

Pros: Decent comp vs defense space.
Location is nice.
Some business lines are better than others.
Cons: Management in the Vehicle Autonomy org is terrible. There is no clear direction on products, and there is more and more administrative BS (TPMs, scrum, story points, etc.). There are also more requests to work weekends. No interesting work is being done, just full-time configuration management. Compensation bumps are pretty poor, and morale is very low. I would not recommend joining any of the robotics orgs.

Pros: Smart, mission-driven co-workers. Talent density inevitably decreases as the company scales, but still leagues ahead of most.
Cons: Sometimes have to do grunt work.
