The process was quick. I contacted a recruiter through LinkedIn and sent him my resume.
He said my profile was good and scheduled a phone interview. During the interview, he asked me about my projects. After that, he forwarded my resume to the hiring manager and scheduled an interview with him.
The interview with the hiring manager was purely technical, related to the "beading" of beams and materials.
