Process
I was asked to do a programming exercise in front of the interviewers (sharing the computer screen) and had to explain my thought process at the same time.
The interviewers were non-judgemental and really nice.

Software Engineer • Former Employee
Santa Cruz, California, United States
August 26, 2015
Pros: Some groups are great and create a fun, challenging, rewarding environment.
Great benefits for employees.
They provide buses to Santa Cruz (and other far-away places).
Cons: Some groups in Apple are very dysfunctional and miserable to work in. Lots of really bad managers who shouldn't be managing. Everyone thinks they're Steve Jobs. Currently very over-crowded until they open The Spaceship.
