The recruiter did not vet my background sufficiently to match me to the right position. Nevertheless, I asked the recruiter to set up a phone meeting. The interviewing manager also did not read my resume and asked questions that were clearly answered

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. 4 technical interviews in 2 separate days and after that HR call. Each interview conducted by 1 engineer from the team and the last one the manager. It was really pleasant and quick.

I received an email from their Technical Recruiter stating they would love to progress my application and asking for my availability for a first-stage phone call. About a week later, I asked the recruiter for an update. He said he was still waiting f
