Applied online and got an email requesting a phone interview two weeks later. The interview was with HR, who called me 45 minutes late, and it lasted 15 minutes. Then, a technical interview was scheduled for the next week, which lasted for 30 minutes.
ASML still hasn't gotten back to me, and they've obviously rejected me. After emailing and calling them, they keep saying they'll get back to me.
It takes time to prepare for these interviews, and it's frustrating that ASML doesn't have the decency to get back to applicants. This has happened to two other people at my university who applied to ASML this year.
Literally only 3 questions of the form "Do you have experience with xxx?". If you haven't worked with all 3, it seems like they reject you (I had 2).
