Cons: Was under a manager who lacks social competence entirely, unable to listen or communicate well. It's funny that someone like this can move around and keep a job in a capable company. Sometimes, people who can talk and present get attention rather than those who "really" work. The ability to talk and work should be golden, but those who work outside the spotlight should also receive proper recognition.
