The recruiter called for a phone interview to check my motivation. The next one is a technical interview for coding and testing challenges online. Then, a technical interview with the project manager and test manager for one hour. The interview was mostly technical and soft skill-related questions. Last interview with HR for half an hour, who discussed salary expectations and other facilities.

Pros: Working with many knowledgeable people, higher than average benefits, a nice campus, and tasty food in the canteens. In general, the work culture is great, except if you happen to encounter an incompetent manager. Work-life balance is also a consideration.
Cons: Was under a manager who lacks social competence entirely, unable to listen or communicate well. It's funny that someone like this can move around and keep a job in a capable company.
Sometimes, people who can talk and present get attention rather than those who "really" work. The ability to talk and work should be golden, but those who work outside the spotlight should also receive proper recognition.

Cons: So many managers without basic social skills.
Racist and sexist attitudes being tolerated. The Ethics Office does not solve the problems but just tries to cover them up ASAP.
High burnout rate due to stress and unclarity.
