Three interviews in one day. One with HR, two (sort of) technical. All meetings lasted about an hour.
Interviewers are friendly and make the interviewee comfortable. They are most looking for someone with self-confidence. Technical skills are of course necessary; they are also looking for matching previous work experience.
However, the response after the interview was not satisfactory. No clear reason for rejection.
