Software Development Program Interview Experience - United States

October 1, 2017
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

It took them almost 4 months to finally respond and tell me I didn't get an offer. The only Skype interview was one of those "Name a time when you made a difficult decision" questions. There was also a skill test that evaluated programming skills and wasn't very hard. Additionally, if you missed the email, you were automatically opted out of the candidacy because there is no phone contact. So, keep an eye out for emails; it took about a month for me to even be notified that I was eligible to take the programming skill test.
