Pros

Great benefits, lots of vacation, good 401k matching, and employee discounts.

Cons

Management quality is highly dependent on local organization.

There's lots of bureaucracy, and a sprawling organization can be difficult to navigate.

As of late, there have been sweeping (almost) quarterly layoffs and lots of contractor outsourcing.

Advice to Management

Focus more on building a stable foundation rather than continuous growth.
