Good benefits and decent discounts.
I was put in a position to be surplused by my manager after 2 years. This was the second time I was surplused from AT&T.
There were 2 rounds of interviews: one with the HR team and then one directly with the program. It wasn't difficult; mostly questions about past experiences. Pretty standard for an entry-level job!
Phone screening, then an in-person interview with 5 people, 45 minutes each. Some whiteboarding. Lunch was provided. Technical quizzing and HR review. I don't know what else you want to know here.
The process took about a month. It included about three different video interviews, including a mock sales scenario. It definitely weeds out those who don’t want to be there.
