Struck out because of poor leadership decisions
Good health benefits. Good work environment at times, before Workspace 2020 happened, where everyone lost individual work cubes.
Too much politics, poor leadership, lack of responsibility in leadership, and no accountability for what leaders do and decide for individuals working under them.

AT&T Interview Experiences
Senior Database Administrator
At the time I was hired, they were so desperate to fix problematic systems that they never reviewed my skills and accomplishments. None of my references was ever contacted. The interview was short, and I was given a chance to ask questions.
Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern
The process started with an online application, followed by a short recruiter screen focused on background, interests, and general behavioral questions. After that, there was a first-round technical interview, which was about 45–60 minutes.

There were technical tests (LeetCode style). They later called and set up an interview. The interview was okay and not very technical. I did not click with the interviewer.
