No upward movement, constant reorganization with downsizing, little to no salary increase. If any salary increase is given, it does not match the cost of living increase.

Senior Engineer
I was reached out to by an HR professional who was very nice to work with. They set up a call between us that progressed into speaking with the hiring manager. Once I spoke with them, it was mutually determined that this wouldn't be a fit.
