Good company to work for, but layoffs are increasing
The salary is market-competitive, with good PTO and bonuses if you work hard.
The layoffs are discouraging, RTO is now in effect, and there are no relocation benefits.
The company needs to go back to its core principles and not only rely on fancy attempts to sugarcoat motivational programs.
