- Lots of career opportunities, e.g., Telecom, Entertainment, Business, etc.
- Diverse workforce.
- Good work-life balance is feasible.
- Poor team-building.
- No parties to celebrate successes.
- Not very many perks.
Need to reevaluate strategies for attracting talent.

Software Engineer
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up a tech interview with leadership. During the interview, I was asked about my current and past work and processes. I'm waiting for feedback from the recruiter now.

Phone Interview.... took months to even get things going. They seem to be a very disorganized company in terms of hiring. They don't really tell you where they are with the hiring process, just keep you guessing and ignore all forms of communication
