Pros: Employed for more than a year, and it's a great place to learn and grow in my career. Work-life balance is another plus. The organization cares about the well-being of each and every employee.
Cons: With the big part of compensation coming from stocks, the fall of share price is impacting the CTC. The org should think of a way to normalize it.
