The recruitment process consists of three stages:
- Online coding test (Python or other language, with your preferred IDE).
- Phone interview.
- On-site interviews (including whiteboarding, pair coding, and a technical interview).
The interviewers were very friendly, but it took more than a month to receive the outcome of the final interviews.

Pros: Good atmosphere and vibe in the company. It's great to be a part of something so successful, and I feel I am learning a lot from the people around me.
Cons: So much growth and change means it feels a little messy at times. So many new people are joining that teams don't feel settled yet, and you have to get used to things changing every week.
