Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

July 3, 2025
Pros: Work-life balance is decent in some teams. Good salary and increments.
Cons: Culture has gone down the drain in the last few years. Twice-a-year performance reviews and stack ranking have created a culture of uncertainty and anxiety. Backstabbing coworkers is pretty common. Work quality is okayish, not many greenfield projects.
